Karate Payment Policy

 All new students are invited to join in a FREE TRIAL class, this gives them a chance to try the program and get a feel for our program.   Once you have participated in our Trial Class, you will then decide which of our program best fit into your family's schedule.  We offer pre-payment programs, convenient electronic monthly installments, and full tuition discounts.  Please contact us at LuthsFamilyKarate@Verizon.net ~ for further information. 

 

Massage and Reflexology
30 Minutes: $65.00
60 Minutes: $100.00

Yoga

Individual class: $20.00

Monthly Yoga: $70.00 electronic monthly payments

We accept payment by check or direct withdrawal from a checking account.

We request payment upon the arrival time of your appointment or class.

Massage

   Our massage practice for women and adolescents has a flexible schedule that allows us to work around the client's busy life.  We don't have a set schedule and we will do our best to accommodate each individual.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored: 

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their missed appointment. 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate any appointments that follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
