Mind
Everyone’s success begins with a thought. Setting a goal and holding yourself responsible for your healthy mindful outcome gives you such power. Beginning your day with an affirmation which I sometimes call “Power Word”. Your daily affirmation can be a single word, phrase, thought creating the healthy journey for the day. Knowing that you have control of the outcome for each second, day, week, month, season, or year means a successful, happy, healthy life. You will reach and maintain a healthy way of life with support from others. You Are Your Thoughts.
Body
Are you able to look yourself in the eyes and honestly say, “I Love Who I AM!” If you are able that is so amazing and shows that you’ve taken control and charge of YOU! If not, you are not alone. You need to know that your outcome is your choice, and you can be the person who cares enough about themselves to take charge and feel that sense of inner peace. Your body is an important Vessel, because your carry your life around everyday in the precious vessel. Our body is filled with muscles which hold onto memories on a cellular level. So, working of the physical being can heal all unwanted memories and can hold onto all the amazing successes you’ve achieved. This is the only body you have, so treat it with such care that you’ll not chip, crack, break, peel away, or crumble.
Spirit
Have you ever given a thought about what is your spirit? Or, how improve or nurture out Spirit?
I think of the positive and negative energy we carry around with us each and every day. How is our spirit altered and how do we take charge our spirit? So negative energy takes twice as much energy to survive our day. Have you ever noticed on days in which you are sad, it’s dark and gray out,or a friend does a lot of complain you catch the negative bug super-fast?
Well, you need to fuel your body to sustain your day and be energized for the entire day. How can you fuel your SPIRIT? This is mind exercise, Positive Self Talk, Affirmations, Surrounding yourself by ONLY Positive people. This is such an uplifting, and contagious energy that your days will fly by and you’ll feel like a child at Christmas. So take charge of you: thoughts, engagement with people, foods, exercise, and you will soar high with so much success!
